Benifits:
- 100% Free and 100% Freedom!
- Customize-able: Anyone with programing knowledge is able to modify the code.
- Learn- Open source software community has a wealth of resource with experienced members for free.
Disadvantage:
- No customer support: Since no one is getting paid to maintain open source software, no one is actually responsible for.
- Cost: Many of the oepn source software depends on donation. Sometimes they cant get operating cost from donation which might cause them to stop software development.
